Romans 8:18

For I consider (from the standpoint of faith) that the sufferings of the present life are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us!

Paul was fully convinced! He had seen the future beyond his life here on earth. Do we see our future after our time here is done? Are we planning for today and not eternity? Our job is to be willing and obedient to God on earth and to be an example for good. We are to grow in our faith and calling, remembering that this is only the beginning.
