Romans 10:17

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

We hear this all the time. “You should be reading your bibles.” And repeat. Sigh. And then a trial comes, and we are reminded that our time with the Lord was well spent. The world tries to pull us in many directions. We are meant to be ahead and not behind because we are supposed to be overcomers. Feed on the word of God until the understanding comes, until you understand that you are freer with it than without.
