Mathew 20:26-27

Yet it shall be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave.

 

The power of a servant’s heart.  Jesus is the greatest servant that ever existed.  The world teaches us that to be first you must, well…be first in everything, except the motivation is key.  In order to lead people and touch lives, you have to be willing to be humble, learn and serve.  Our motivation and hunger for Jesus teaches us to softens our hearts and give. Experienced givers to others are the most satisfied people.
