Deuteronomy 7:9

Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.

God is faithful to all those who believe in Him and follow His commandments.  His word does not come back to Him void as we put into action all God’s promises when we speak blessing, healing, and prosperity into our lives.  God keeps His covenant with us and with all those who love Him and study the word to know Him.

Exodus 23:22
If you indeed obey His voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.

Obeying with God is meant to keep us out of trouble and not to be a punishment. God only wants the best for His people and His ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Which means God can see and understand things that we can’t see or understand. The world operates under laws that God established, so isn’t it better to have the writer of the laws on your side than the lawbreaker?

John 13:14,15
If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you and example, that you should do as I have done to you.

Jesus came to this earth to show us the way to overcome and succeed. His
example of sacrifice, love, kindness, meekness and closeness to God are the
template for our lives to follow. We can do it because God said we could and sent Jesus to show us how. Step by step as we study the Bible we will transform ourselves with the word.

Ephesians 5:2
Walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, and offered and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.

With God walking in love is not optional but the cornerstone of how we
overcome in this life. Love suffers long and is kind. If our life doesn’t seem to be going in a good direction check our love walk. We never see strife when we walk in love because our actions will be kind and gentle towards each other. Love wants the best for everyone and does it best, walk in LOVE.

John 15:4,5,7
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it
abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

Without God in our lives we become hopeless and lost. We don’t have the
knowledge or understanding of this world to be able to overcome without God. Jesus is our advocate and helper when we are in need. When we study the word of God and practice what it says then God will abide in us He will guide us and we will bear much fruit.

Romans 6:22
Having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.

We have been set free of sin and death when we became born again. Being
slave to God means nothing when we understand all the benefits that God sets before us of healing, prosperity, wisdom, sanctification and righteousness. Jesus died so we could have everlasting life and helper who will never leave us. Have faith in God and believe His promises and we shall have them.

John 8:32, 36
You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.

The truth of God shows us the difference between sinner and saint. The
difference of living a life under condemnation or righteousness. We choose.
When we learn from the Bible, the way of righteousness, we must put it into practice. Once we realize the truth a life of sin no longer has an appeal.

Philippians 3:13
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting the things which are behind, and reaching forth unto this things
which are before.

Sometimes our past looms large in our minds. Maybe it is because we need to repent over something before we can move forward. The devil will tray to use our past to keep us from our future. Today, as thoughts come up from the past repent where it needs to be repented and then let the thoughts go. Then, forget those things from the past and move into the good that God has for us.

Romans 4:5
To him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.

We cannot do enough good deeds and make ourselves righteous. The only way to be made righteous is believing Jesus died for our sins and excepting Him in our hearts. This world is full of people who are still trying to climb the ladder of works. When we share Jesus with others we are showing people how to get off the ladder and believe and be made righteous.

Deuteronomy 9
Therefore know that the Lord your God, His is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for thousand generations with this who love Him and keep His commandments.

We know God loves us, but it is just as important that we love God. When we love we want to do our best for those that we love, which includes God. We show our love by following His instructions and keeping His commandments. God never asks us to do anything hard and He always helps us when we follow His lead.
