Mark 9:23

Jesus said to him, (You say to Me,) If you can? All things are possible for the one who believes and trusts (in Me).

Jesus came to earth to destroy the boundaries that came upon man at the fall of Adam. The separation by the sin of disobedience removed the abilities of man to rule and reign on this earth. When we believe in the finished works of Jesus, all things are possible because the curse of the law no longer binds us. Jesus paved the way for us on earth, and all He asks is for us to follow His lead.

Deuteronomy 31:6

Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble in dread before them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not fail you or abandon you.

The determining factor of our lives is our trust in Jesus, no matter the circumstance. Fear will create false scenarios for the outcomes of our current circumstances. Faith will rest in peace and let God handle the circumstance because we believe God will not abandon us. We believe we have nothing to fear and our actions show our faith.

Ephesians 1:18

And that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened (flooded with light by the Holy Spirit), so that you will know and cherish the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints.

We can pray that God will direct, guide, and teach us by the word. If we have a heart willing and open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we will receive knowledge of the things of God. God will illuminate the word and give us a deeper understanding of how to apply it to our lives. Start praying Ephesians 1:18-23.

Proverbs 24:14

Know that (skillful and godly) wisdom is (so very good) for your life and soul. If you find wisdom, then there will be a future and a reward, and your hope and expectation will not be cut off.

One word from God in confirmation of what we are hoping for can change everything in your life. The wisdom of God comes to us as revelation knowledge to build our faith and confidence. When we hope for something, we don’t understand the steps to get the hope to materialize. But God and His wisdom will reassure us that nothing is too hard for Him.

Romans 8:26

In the same way the Spirit (comes to us and) helps us in our weaknesses. We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, be the Spirit Himself (knows our need and at the right time) intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words.

The Holy Spirit is our comforter and our intercessor sent to aid us in our prayers. Our thinking, past experiences, and five senses limit us. However, if we lean on Jesus and confess the word from the Bible and listen for guidance from the Holy Spirit, we will overcome.

Romans 8:24-25

For in this hope we were saved (by faith). But hope (the object of) which is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he already sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait eagerly for it with patience and composure.

All glory goes to Jesus for His ability to change circumstances and answer our prayers. We hope for things we do not see because our abilities are not powerful enough to create change. Jesus is the power and the connection to the fulfillment of our needs. We make the connection through faith, prayer, and patience.

Romans 5:2

Through Him we also have access by faith into this (remarkable state of) grace in which we (firmly and safely and securely) stand. Let us rejoice in our hope and the confident assurance of the glory of (our great) God (the manifestation of His excellence and power).

Our salvation through belief in Jesus gave us access to the power that overcomes this world order. Faith in the completed works of Jesus is key to opening the door for His supernatural abilities to work. We are to rejoice that the glory of God will manifest in our lives.

Hebrews 11:1

Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen (the conviction of their reality-faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses).

Believing in Jesus and our salvation was our first step of faith. We believe in what we can’t see, but we know we are saved because of the promise from the word of God. Faith is step one to moving the mountain and believing that what God says in the Bible is real even if we can’t see it. Faith believes that the promises of God are real.

Matthew 11:28

Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened (by religious rituals that provide no peace), and I will give you rest (refreshing your souls with salvation).

When our lives become filled with emotional turmoil, it takes a toll. We may seek comfort in things of the world and will find no rest. If we train ourselves to seek first Jesus and reassurance from Him, our souls will be strengthened, refreshed, and sustained. Where we focus our thoughts is essential and guides the steps we take.

Psalm 121:7-8

The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your life. The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in (everything that you do) from this time forth and forever.

If we seek security and guidance in our lives, we must turn to God. The confession we speak and the Bible we read is key to our protection. The Bible renews our minds and focuses on God’s power to help us in our lives. A faith not distracted by the circumstance reveals the ability of God to move on our behalf.
