Proverbs 3:15-17
She (wisdom) is more precious than rubies; and nothing you can wish for compares with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are highways of pleasantness and favor, and all her paths are peace. 

Wisdom assures us that the course we are on, or the decision we are about to make, is correct. Wisdom keeps the foot from falling into the hole and the anger from being spoken. Wisdom teaches us that with her our lives will have riches, honor, and peace. Wisdom comes from the word and is as close as our bible.
