Psalm 25:14

The secret (of the wise counsel) of the Lord is for those who fear Him, and He will let them know His covenant and reveal to them (through His word) its (deep, inner) meaning. 

When we have reverential fear of the Lord, we have a profound sense of awe and respect for God. We are not in fear but honoring the Lord for all that He is. God rewards those who fear Him because they respect and understand God in His awesome power, being obedient to His word.
