Psalm 20:4-5

May He grant you your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans. We will sing joyously over your victory, and in the name of our God we will set up banners. May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. 

God has a written plan in heaven for our lives, and God puts desires and plans in our hearts. He wants us to succeed at those plans and have our hearts’ desires fulfilled. The victory comes in the Lord when we follow according to His commandments and Godly desires. We pray to God to fulfill our petitions and hear our prayers.
