Isaiah 26:3

You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast (that is committed and focused on You- in both inclination and character).

Because we have free will and can make any choice, our daily peace is in our own hands. Our lives, therefore, shift from being random acts and thoughts to being created by our own decisions. Consequently, we can create peace in our own lives or destroy it. Therefore, choose to have a mind steadfast on Christ and live in peace.
