Proverbs 10:27

The fear of the Lord prolongs days, but the years of the wicked will be shortened.

This world is turning away from God and His wisdom for their lives. Life without God lacks hope, protection and will contain fear, but the fear of the Lord will prolong the days. How? When fearing the Lord, we seek His guidance and wisdom for our lives. God will protect those who fear Him and help them in their times of trouble.
