Matthew 25:1-4
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But they that were wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

Our lives have so many distractions but what is most important? Time. Time well spent can save you in the future. The unwise virgins didn’t plan for the groom to be late. The wise virgins took extra oil just in case he was and it paid off. The bible is God’s written word to help you plan your life and save you from trouble. If you keep plugged into God and His guidance through the word your lamp will not go out and you will be prepared.
