Psalm 141:5

Let the righteous (thoughtfully) strike (correct) me-it is a kindness (done to encourage my spiritual maturity). It is (the choicest anointing) oil on the head; let my head not refuse (to accept and acknowledge and learn from) it; for still my prayer is against their wicked deeds.

Correction when we are in error brings about repentance and redirection. If we are frustrated, then we may be going in the wrong direction. Have we ignored words of correction, trying to open our eyes so we can see what God wants for us? If we refuse to be corrected, we refuse to mature as a Christian and stay stuck in wrong thinking and actions.
