Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the assurance (title deed confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen (the conviction of their reality-faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by physical senses).

Faith and hope have key differences. Hope wants something to happen and is an expectation. Faith believes something is going to happen even when it isn’t seen. They are both specific and believing for something. A person in faith does not doubt the answer is coming, while a person in hope isn’t as assured.
