1 Thessalonians 5:6

So then let us not sleep (in spiritual indifference) as the rest (of the world does) but let us keep wide awake (alert and cautious) and let us be sober (self-controlled, calm and wise).

We will not slip into indifference when we strive to keep our faith stirred up. Faith takes focus, persistent pursuit, and discipline. We practice our faith daily and maintain close contact with Jesus. When we do this, we keep the door closed on the enemy who watches our lives for weakness. Keep the door closed and practice the faith daily.
