Hebrews 11:1

Now Faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed) and the evidence of things not seen (the conviction of their reality-faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by physical senses).

Faith treats things that are hoped for like they are reality. Faith believes that God’s promises are true and that what cannot be seen will materialize. Faith trusts in God when the devil says it isn’t going to happen. Faith knows that God can provide for all our needs and is waiting for us to believe.
