Mathew 11:28

Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened (by religious rituals that provide no peace), and I will give you rest (refreshing your souls with salvation).

The Holy Spirit is our comforter and was sent to help us in our times of need. We all get tired from the world’s stresses and need the restoration of our souls. Lean on Jesus and pray for the words of comfort and encouragement and hearts to hear. We were meant to live this life with help and direction from Jesus.
